Store bought products are great for natural hair but sometime making your own hair mask and conditioners is best. Most of the times the items you need to make your own natural hair masks are normally simple items in your kitchen. Today I am going to make a checklist of things you will need to make a deep conditioning hair mask.

1.     Pure Honey- Honey helps stimulate hair growth and makes your scalp healthy. Honey also helps prevent hair lost.

2.     Pure mayonnaise – Mayonnaise helps revive your hair. It has ingredients that help with treating dry and damaged hair. Mayo also helps condition your natural hair and enhances the texture. Mayo also adds shine to your hair.

3.    1 Raw Egg- Eggs have a lot of protein and protein is good for natural hair growth. Egg protein helps with rebuilding damaged hair. Egg also provides your hair with moisture.

4.    Olive oil- Oil is vital to hair growth and moisture. Olive oil is a liquid fat obtained from an olive. Olive oil has a lot of Vitamin E that helps with the growth of hair. Olive oil also helps improve the elasticity of the hair.

5.    Bowl- You will need a bowl to put all of your items together in.

6.    Spoon- You will also need a spoon to stir everything up in the bowl.

7.    Plastic hair cap- The plastic hair cap will be needed after you put the hair mask in your hair. You will sit with the plastic cap on for about 45 minutes to let all the products soak into your hair.

After you are finished letting the product sit; you will wash all of the products out. You will than wash your hair will store bought hair conditioner. This process it pretty time consuming. All of these products are cheap and can be found around the kitchen. All of these products are natural. Natural hair masks help with hair growth, hydration, and moisturizing. It’s actually healthier making your own hair mask because you know exactly what you are putting in your hair. It is good to do a deep conditioning hair mask at least once every month. Bye Sistas!
